How it works
Step 1.
Members check in easily using a unique QR code on the GymDash app - this is scanned into a tablet located on your gym reception desk.
Step 2.
The customer and gym employee both receive a GymDash alert updating them on the customer's membership status.
Step 3.
If money is owed or membership has expired, the outstanding balance can either be paid to reception staff or paid directly via the app.

How do I get started?
Firstly, select the best package for your gym - we offer different options to suit you and your business. To get set up, you’ll need an iPad or Android tablet to place in your reception.
Your GymDash account will be synced to this tablet, allowing members to scan a unique QR code on their app to check in and access the gym’s facilities.
Do I need to provide my own iPad / Android tablet?
Yes, GymDash doesn't provide the tablet, so you're free to use your own. Almost all iPad and Android tablets are compatible with the GymDash system, so it's easy to get your business set up to our software.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes, you're not tied into a contract with GymDash, so you can cancel your subscription at any time in the unlikely event you aren't satisfied with the service we offer.
Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless you notify us that you wish to cancel.
Can I use GymDash to manage multiple gyms?
Yes! You can manage multiple gyms in one place with GymDash. In fact, it’s simple to add additional gyms to your account on the dashboard, so if your business expands and you open new fitness centres, you can easily manage everything online.
Please note, you will be required to pay a subscription fee for each gym featured on your GymDash account.
